The Ian Furness Show

THE IAN FURNESS SHOW PRESENTED BY SNOQUALMIE CASINO, SEATTLE’S CLOSET SPORTSBOOK

Furness Show 8-2: Jarran Reed, John Kincade, Jake Dickert and Danny O'Neil

Jarran Reed, Seahawks DE sits down with Ian to give an inside look at what the new look Seahawks have to offer, especially while learning this new defense. Although he admits he's a veteran now, he in no way feels 'old' at 31. Ian is live at VMAC and sets the scene to let everyone know what's going on out at camp. We take a listen to Mike Macdonald from yesterday, who lets us know what's going on with Geno Smith, more injury updates and what the walk-through practice brought into yesterday. Jake Dickert has a message for his team and we take a listen to what he said at practice. John Kincade, The Fanatic in Philadelphia joins us to give an inside look at what's going on with the Phillies as they head to town to face the Mariners. He discusses what fans have done in Philly for players who were struggling, in context with what Mitch Garver is going through right now. Jake Dickert, Washington State HC jumps on with Ian to talk about what camp has looked like this year, where he's seen growth within his staff and the latest in the quarterback competition. The offensive line returns five guys with starting experience, which is a solid sign. He also discusses the veterans who have come back and the leadership he sees within. Geno Smith isn't practicing for the third day in a row, but no major concerns as we know the team won't be rushing him back. Danny O'Neil, The Dang Apostrophe joins to discuss Mitch Garver and his recent comments. What crosses the line in sports criticism? UW is officially in the Big 10 today and he shares his thoughts. While he likes seeing the Huskies on the map, he's still sad about the loss of the Pac-12.
