On this edition of The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon, the guys preview the United States Four Nations Championship of Hockey between USA and Canda and explain how hockey has done something other leagues haven’t been able to figure out.
Jason Smith: "I give them credit because they figured out the mid season thing. Take that, Adam Silver! What happens when big games like this happen? The World Cup of Hockey, the Olympics, we all get hockey fever, right? This is what it's going to be like tomorrow in this game, it's going to be a lot of fun to watch because even the people just picking this up for the first time are watching hockey for the first time in a while."
Mike Harmon: "Well, the beauty of it is that it there are hockey players, they're not going to stop, right? It's national pride, you throw a throw away any team allegiances, you're not worried about & you know it has greater consequence."
