- The Seahawks, in their first drive, stroll down the field with a healthy dose of Chris Carson and Rashaad Penny to put the ball in the endzone with Penny. 7-0 lead mid first quarter as the running game finds some success.
- The Steelers take their next drive into field goal range, but on third down, Ben Roethlisberger throws a pass to Tedric Thompson in the flat. Thompson takes it to the house for a pick six and the Hawks lead 14-0!
- Pittsburgh gets 10 back, then drive deep into Seattle's territory the middle of the third quarter. Cody Barton stepping in and stepping up, picking off Ben and returning it to the 38, halting their drive. Hawks maintain the lead 14-10!
- In the fourth quarter, after a Seahawks field goal, Wilson finds David Moore, who makes two excellent moves to evade defenders in the secondary then streaks down the sideline and into the end-zone to extend Seattle's lead to 23-10. Two point conversion fails.
