After a tough few weeks for his family, Ian opened up on Monday's show about what's been going on. His son, Kiefer, a sophomore in high school, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes after months of weight loss and deteriorating health.
Approximately 1.25 million Americans have Type 1 diabetes so he isn't alone. One of those people who has it? Jordan Morris.
Ian's son had the chance to meet Jordan (as you can see in the picture above) after the game on Sunday and the time they had to chat was special.
