RENTON, Wash. -- The Seahawks have fired strength and conditioning coaches Chris Carlisle, Mondray Gee and Jamie Yanchar, per sources.

Additionally, head trainer Donald Rich is also out.

The firing of Carlisle - the team's head strength and conditioning coach - was first reported by Brady Henderson of ESPN.com on Wednesday night and was later confirmed to KJR by a source.

Carlisle first joined a Pete Carroll coaching staff at USC in 2001 when Carroll was hired as head coach of the Trojans. After nine seasons at USC, Carroll came to Seattle in 2010. Carlisle followed and has served in the role throughout Carroll’s tenure in Seattle.

Yanchar also joined the Seahawks after being a part of Carroll's staff at USC. Gee came to Seattle after spending two seasons with the Green Bay Packers alongside General Manager John Schneider in 2008-09.

The firings represent a total overhaul of the team's strength and conditioning staff. Carlisle, Gee and Yanchar have been with the Seahawks for the entirety of the Carroll-Schneider era in Seattle.

Rich has been with the Seahawks for all but one season since 2003 when he joined the team as an intern. He became an assistant athletic trainer in 2005 under Mike Holmgren and was promoted to the head role in 2012.
